We are seeking a dedicated professional to fill the role of Enterprise Application Systems Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about ensuring the smooth operation of key business systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in application management, user support, and audit compliance. They will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise applications, including SharePoint, LSCM Tyre Order Management System (Helix 2.0), HR Employee Engagement System (EES), and Concur.

The selected individual will also provide guidance and support to business users, escalating complex issues when necessary. Additionally, they will conduct user training and prepare user guides and documentation to improve adoption and efficient use of applications.

About the Role:Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain enterprise application systems, ensuring performance, security, and compliance.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to business users, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance user adoption and proficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in application management and user support.
  • Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and IT service management principles.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
