About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned expert in digital marketing to fill a key position within our organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with campaign management and execution, as well as strong technical skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain multi-channel campaigns using Adobe Campaign v8
  • Implement segmentation and personalization strategies to engage target audiences
  • Incorporate Adobe Campaign with other Experience Cloud solutions for comprehensive customer journey management
  • Integrate with CRM systems and external data sources for enhanced data insights
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to campaign delivery and tracking
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign v7/v8, including deep functional and technical understanding
  • Strong expertise in email marketing, CRM systems, and customer journey orchestration
  • Preferred: Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in Adobe Campaign
  • Experience with channel configuration, including email, SMS, and direct mail
  • Working knowledge of relational database management systems (RDBMS)
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, and XML for customization and automation
  • Strong integration expertise using APIs, batch processing, and FDA
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email template development
  • Practical knowledge of interaction modules and message centers
  • Understanding of marketing operations and email deliverability best practices
  • Familiarity with other Adobe Experience Cloud products
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and industry best practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
