Job Title: Oracle HCM/Cloud Consultant

About the Role

This is a fully remote role that requires expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits. As an Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits Consultant, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits modules.

  • Implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits modules, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, and deployment.
  • Configuration of benefits plan types, eligibility profiles, costing structures, open enrollment, qualifying life events, and integrations with payroll and other HCM modules.
  • Development of integration interfaces using HCM Data Loader (HDL), File-Based Data Import (FBDI), SOAP/REST services, and middleware tools.
  • Conducting functional workshops, documenting business requirements, developing test scenarios, and managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Providing post-go-live support, troubleshooting issues, applying patches/updates, and recommending continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with HR processes, compliance standards, and project deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • 8+ years of IT experience, with deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits.
  • Proven ability to configure eligibility profiles, plan designs, costing, open enrollment, and life event processing.
  • Hands-on experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL), File-Based Data Import (FBDI), and integration using SOAP/REST APIs.
  • Strong understanding of global benefits regulations, compliance, and administration best practices.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills; experience leading remote teams.
  • Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits certification (preferred).

Preferred:

  • Experience with OTBI, HCM Extracts, and BI Publisher for reporting.
  • Familiarity with RICEF components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms).
  • Experience in global rollouts and multi-country benefits implementations.
  • Exposure to project management methodologies and change management processes.
