Job Description:

As a seasoned Performance Optimizer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our software systems. Your responsibilities will encompass managing Dynatrace environments, overseeing installation and configuration of the platform, and crafting customized dashboards to drive data-driven decision making.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, and maintain Dynatrace agents and environments with utmost care.
  • Monitor application performance, infrastructure, and services to identify areas for improvement.
  • Create and manage custom dashboards, reports, and alerts to facilitate informed decision making.
  • Configure and customize various features such as Smartscape topology, Distributed tracing, Notebooks, Workflows, Real user monitoring (RUM), Synthetic monitoring, Alerts, Manual tagging, Maintenance windows, etc., to optimize system performance.
Professional & Technical Skills:
  • Experience in Dynatrace administration, monitoring, and performance management is highly valued.
  • Proficiency in application development using at least one programming language and SQL is essential.
  • A strong understanding of infrastructure, application performance, and cloud environments is required.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes, DevOps, or SRE practices is an added advantage.
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills are crucial.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 7.5 years of experience in software development lifecycle and architecture, performance testing and validation, capacity planning, application performance management, and problem detection and resolution is necessary.
  • Full-time education equivalent to 15 years is required.
  • Certification in Dynatrace Certified Associate and/or Dynatrace Certified Professional is desirable but not mandatory.
