Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant to join our team. As a Consultant, you will be responsible for driving discussions with cross geography counterparts, implementing Oracle Fusion solutions, and delivering management experience of small to mid-size projects.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: You should possess excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Implementation Experience: You must have end-to-end implementation experience in Oracle Fusion, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Delivery Management Experience: You should have experience in managing small to mid-size projects, including budgeting, resource allocation, and project timelines.
  • Mentoring and Coaching Skills: You should possess good mentoring and coaching skills to help team members develop their skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Consultant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving discussions with cross geography counterparts to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Implementing Oracle Fusion solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Managing small to mid-size projects, including budgeting, resource allocation, and project timelines.
  • Mentoring and coaching team members to help them develop their skills and knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Oracle Finance (All Modules): You should have in-depth knowledge of Oracle Finance, including all modules.
  • Oracle HCM Technical: You should have experience in Oracle HCM technical, including conversion, fast formula, integration.
  • Oracle HCM Functional: You should have experience in Oracle HCM functional, including core HR, absence, OTL, payroll, compensation, benefits, HRHD, ODA, talent management, and learn.
  • Oracle SCM: You should have experience in Oracle SCM, including manufacturing, order management, inventory, OTM, GTM.
  • Oracle Analytics: You should have experience in Oracle Analytics, including OTBI, BIP, FDI/FAW, ETL/ODI, and OAC.
  • Oracle Technical: You should have experience in Oracle technical, including OIC integration, conversion, VBCS.
  • Oracle EPM EPBCS, ARCS, EDMCS, DM, and FCCS: You should have experience in Oracle EPM, including EPBCS, ARCS, EDMCS, DM, and FCCS.
