Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Back-End Software Engineer to join our team at ARC Consulting. In this role, you will be responsible for building scalable server-side applications and seamless front-end integrations for our advanced AI-driven web applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and Develop Scalable Server-Side Applications: Utilize frameworks like NestJS and Node.js to create efficient and reliable server-side applications.\
  • Lead Engineering Team: Guide the development process, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.\
  • Seamless Front-End Integration: Collaborate with front-end engineers to ensure smooth integration between server logic and user-facing components.\
  • Database Management: Manage and optimize SQL/NoSQL databases, ensuring data integrity, security, and scalability.\
  • RESTful APIs: Develop and manage RESTful APIs, prioritizing optimal performance and responsiveness.\
  • Cloud Services: Leverage cloud services (Azure or AWS) for infrastructure management and deployment.\
  • Emerging Technologies: Stay current with emerging back-end technologies and integrate them to enhance application performance.\
  • Code Reviews and Troubleshooting: Participate actively in code reviews, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement efforts.\
  • Qualifications:\

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.\
    • Experience: 4+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a focus on back-end technologies.\
    • Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and server-side frameworks like NestJS.\
    • Database Experience: Experience in designing and optimizing database schemas and managing both SQL and NoSQL databases.\
    • Cloud and Containerization: Proven experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).\
    • CICD Pipelines: Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform).\
    • Problem-Solving and Leadership: Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable, efficient solutions. Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience managing engineering teams and driving product development.\
