Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements to guarantee seamless user experience.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing to identify and document defects using issue tracking tools.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Participate in design and specification reviews, providing input on testability and quality to ensure software excellence.
  • Automate test cases and maintain test automation suites to optimize testing processes.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and suggest process improvements to enhance software quality and productivity.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a QA Engineer or in a similar role with strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Familiarity with manual testing; experience with test automation tools, such as Selenium or Cypress, is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of programming/scripting languages, like Python or JavaScript, is beneficial for automation tasks.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for quality are essential.
