Key Data Engineer Role

As a highly skilled and experienced data engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing end-to-end data engineering solutions on the AWS platform.

  • You will design and implement scalable databases to optimize performance and ensure data consistency, throughput, and storage efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and understand business objectives.
  • Architect and implement data models and schemas that align with best practices and optimize query performance.
  • Build robust data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from diverse sources into target systems.
  • Integrate third-party APIs to retrieve and ingest data while ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  • Perform data profiling, data cleansing, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Optimize SQL queries and database performance using tuning techniques and indexing strategies.
  • Implement data governance and security measures to protect sensitive data throughout the pipeline.
  • Maintain documentation for data pipelines and transformations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data engineering and AWS services.
Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of AWS hands-on experience.

• Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end data engineering solutions.

• Strong understanding of data modeling, schema design, and data governance.

• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases.

• Experience with AWS Glue, EMR, Lambda, and other related services.
