We are seeking a skilled Desktop Publishing Specialist to join our team.

The Desktop Publishing Specialist will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content using various software applications. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.

1. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Proficient in using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop as well as MS Office tools like Word and PowerPoint.
2. Localization Experience: Essential experience in the Localization industry involving work with multiple languages in InDesign, MS Word, OCR tasks, and quality assurance.
3. Additional Skills: Working knowledge of Acrobat Professional, InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator is desirable. Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
4. Communication and Collaboration: Strong written and verbal communication skills necessary for successful collaboration. Highly developed problem-solving abilities and self-motivation crucial in fast-paced environments.

1. Operating Systems and Software: Understanding of Windows and MAC operating systems, email management, and internet navigation. Excellent financial project management skills, including formatting knowledge of financial tables.
2. Citrix and VPN: Experience with Citrix, VPN, and other applications is beneficial. Proven track record in Localization DTP, text formatting, OCR tasks, and quality checks.
