Job Description

As a full-stack trainer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the careers of aspiring developers in Odisha.

You will be responsible for delivering structured classroom sessions on topics such as front-end foundations, back-end development, databases, and software engineering practices.

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the needs of learners with diverse backgrounds and skill levels.
  • Provide mentorship, code reviews, and feedback aligned with industry best practices to help learners achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with our curriculum team to enhance content and teaching materials, ensuring they are relevant and up-to-date.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • 5–10+ years of industry experience as a software developer or senior engineer.
  • Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, React.js, and SQL/databases.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD), Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Hands-on knowledge of Git workflows, testing frameworks, design patterns.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Passion for teaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
