Data Governance Lead

Unlock business value by overseeing all aspects of data engineering and governance. As a key member of the Marketing Platform Automation Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality data and robust governance.
Main Responsibilities:- Evaluate critical data scope within products to ensure well-documented metadata for understanding and control.
- Develop plans for product data development and delivery to support strategic business objectives and analytics.
- Support the lead of the Data & Analytics team by identifying data for integration into analytics platforms.
- Document requirements for data pipelines, including data quality, classification, and retention.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and influence roadmap planning.
- Design and implement data models to support business processes and analytics requirements.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of data models, structures, and processes.
- Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of industry experience in a data-related field.
- Technical expertise in data management, engineering, and architecture, with proficiency in data modeling tools.
- Hands-on experience in SQL, Python, Alteryx, and knowledge of cloud tools like AWS, Snowflake, Data Bricks.
- Strong understanding of data quality, privacy, and security standards, and experience with data governance frameworks.
- Proven ability to manage delivery across multiple work streams with effective execution.
- Master's degree in engineering or other quantitative field.
- Knowledge of marketing data domain and digital marketing.
- Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and Agile development methodology.
