Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and client-focused professional to join our Research & Consulting team. This role involves managing inbound client inquiries understanding their requirements positioning our services effectively and converting prospects into long-term relationships. You will act as the first point of contact for clients ensuring they experience value from the very beginning of their engagement with us.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound leads via calls emails and website inquiries.
  • Understand client requirements and communicate how our research and consulting solutions can address them.
  • Qualify leads prepare customized proposals and follow up to drive conversions.
  • Collaborate with the Research & Consulting team to design solutions aligned with client needs.
  • Maintain accurate client records and sales pipeline updates in CRM tools.
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients to foster repeat business and long-term engagement.
  • Partner with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing Economics or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in client engagement business development or inbound sales preferably in research consulting or professional services.
  • Strong communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • A consultative and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple conversations and prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software HubSpot Salesforce or similar and MS Office tools.
  • Self-driven adaptable and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
