The Role: Student Enrolment Advisor

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating Video Counselling sessions with qualified leads. This involves ensuring smooth communication between leads and Admission Counsellors to facilitate the student enrolment process.

  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and follow-up activities in our CRM system.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in Edtech sales (Study Abroad experience is advantageous).
  • Graduation is mandatory.

We are looking for individuals who possess excellent verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on fluency in English. The ideal candidate should also be able to persuade learners to attend Video Counselling sessions, ultimately influencing their enrolment decisions.

  • Prior experience working a 6-day week is desirable.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM management is required.

Performance Indicators:

  • Schedule at least 5 Video Counselling sessions per day.
