We're seeking an experienced and versatile technical content writer to serve as an integral part of our marketing & communications team.

This role involves shaping how we communicate complex technical concepts and digital solutions to diverse audiences. As a technical content writer, you'll play a crucial role in creating clear, engaging, and informative content that reflects our expertise and innovative spirit.

You'll be instrumental in developing a content strategy that aligns with our goals and user needs. This may involve content planning, topic selection, and scheduling.

Your key responsibilities include conducting thorough research on technical topics, writing, editing, and proofreading technical documents such as user manuals, white papers, product descriptions, how-to guides, and blog posts.

You'll also ensure technical accuracy and consistency across all written materials. Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to understand complex technical concepts and digital solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience: 5+ years
• Proven experience as a technical writer, content writer, or similar role, in the technology or digital services industry.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to translate them into clear and accessible content for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in scripting and storytelling for video content production.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong research skills and attention to detail.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
