At EXL IT Service Management, we're seeking a highly skilled Data-Driven Analytics Expert to drive business growth through data-driven decision-making.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing, managing, and optimizing Adobe Analytics across digital platforms. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to track user interactions, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve digital experiences and business performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and configure Adobe Analytics across digital platforms, ensuring accurate data collection and analysis.
  • Develop and manage tracking strategies, including tagging and data layer implementations, to enhance user experience and business KPIs.
  • Collaborate with developers, marketers, and UX teams to ensure seamless data integration and effective reporting.
  • Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key performance metrics, providing valuable insights for business improvement.
  • Analyze website and mobile app performance, user behavior, and conversion funnels to identify areas for optimization.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to optimize user experience and business outcomes, leveraging expertise in Adobe Analytics tools.
  • Troubleshoot data discrepancies and ensure data accuracy, maintaining high-quality reporting standards.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital analytics and Adobe Analytics tools, driving innovation and excellence in analytics implementation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Adobe Analytics implementation and analysis, with a strong understanding of Adobe Launch (Tag Management System).
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for tagging and data layer implementation, ensuring seamless data collection and analysis.
  • Experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Target, or other Adobe Experience Cloud tools is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate them into meaningful insights, driving business growth through data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
