Job Requirements
We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Machine Learning Engineer to join our Performance DSP team in Pune. As a key member of our engineering team, you will work closely with Product and Engineering teams to solve complex problems and identify new opportunities for business growth.
You will be responsible for applying quantitative analysis, modeling, and data mining techniques to inform product decisions and drive business outcomes. A deep understanding of programmatic advertising workflows, RTB, audience targeting, and bid strategies is essential.
Additionally, you should have strong expertise in Machine Learning and Ad-Server/Bidder architecture. Hands-on experience with mobile advertising, optimization techniques, and advanced ML algorithms is also required.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Work closely with Product, CTO, and Engineering teams to develop solutions that bridge gaps in technology and execution.
- Improve attribution tracking, user value modeling, and ML-driven performance enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with Performance DSP goals.
