Senior Dynamics Professional with Architecture Expertise

About the Job:
We are looking for highly skilled professionals to join our team as Senior Dynamics Professionals. The ideal candidate will have 8 years of development experience in AX 2009, AX 2012 & D365 Finance and operations using Morph X, X++ showing a progression from development level to technical architecture level and experience in handling complete software system architecture.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement best practices while implementing, upgrading, and supporting projects.
- Create and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
- Provide feedback to management on changes in project scope, potential crises, and the need to build contingency plans.
- Participate in RFP responses and presales activities, customer orals, business requirement gathering, gap fit analysis, and provide solution designs and estimates.
- Understand the needs of the business and determine the best technical solutions, leveraging current capabilities, and aligning with strategic objectives.
- Qualify and define technical strategy by evaluating and assessing various technical aspects.
- Craft detailed technical design and implementation approaches based on client requirements.
- Implement and integrate multiple systems using AIF, OData, Logic Apps, Power platform applications like Power Apps/Power BI, and other relevant tools.
- Promote knowledge sharing and collaboration among team members.
- Evaluate and manage periodic Microsoft application updates.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in developing and architecting AX 2009, AX 2012 & D365 Finance and operations using Morph X, X++.
- Detailed understanding of Dynamics AX data models, including tables, views, queries, forms, and workflows.
- Hands-on experience with integration tools like AIF, OData, Logic Apps, and Power Apps/Power BI.
- Expertise in Visual Studio Team Services/DevOps and LCS.
- Familiarity with security protocols, event handlers, extensions, COC, data entities, and reporting services (SSRS, SSAS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a distributed team.
