Job Title: Databricks Administrator

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented individual to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Databricks platform. As a Databricks Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our system, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to optimize performance and security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain Databricks clusters and workspaces
  • Configure and deploy Databricks environments using Terraform
  • Monitor cluster performance, resource utilization, and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance
  • Implement and manage access controls and security policies to protect sensitive data
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide technical solutions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience with Databricks administration and management
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based data platforms and storage solutions
  • Proficiency in Terraform and other automation tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
