ETL Tester Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ETL testing professional to play a critical role in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and performance of our data pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze source data to understand data structures, distributions, and anomalies for data quality assurance.
  • Validate extraction, transformation, and loading processes to confirm data accuracy and completeness during migrations or regular ETL runs.
  • Design comprehensive testing plans and strategies for ETL workflows, data migrations, and reporting tools.
  • Validate report accuracy, completeness, and performance from the data warehouse, including front-end dashboards and backend reporting systems.
  • Perform end-to-end testing of the Banker Dashboard interface and backend systems, ensuring consistent data flow and user experience.
  • Write advanced SQL queries for data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.
  • Detect data discrepancies, performance bottlenecks, and functional issues, collaborating with developers and data engineers for resolution.

As a skilled ETL tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of data quality, accuracy, and performance across various data pipelines and systems.
