Automation Engineering Lead

The ideal candidate is analytical, self-motivated, and possesses strong responsibility and ownership in their work. They will contribute to the success of our QA team by creating application testing processes, developing automated testing, and advising best practices.

  • Create and design application testing processes.
  • Develop automated testing and problem-solving tasks that drive development progress.
  • Advise best practices and optimisations throughout testing and bug-fixing processes.
  • Collaborate with engineering leads to develop test plans and create extensive test cases.

The Automation Engineering Lead role is critical to our success. We seek candidates with 8+ years of experience as an SDET Lead / Automation Engineer, specialising in test automation frameworks within the JavaScript ecosystem.

Key skills include designing, building, and maintaining robust automation frameworks, software testing principles, debugging, and defect reporting.

  • Strong hands-on skills in designing, building, and maintaining robust automation frameworks.
  • Proficient in automated testing, test documentation development, and integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledgeable in SQL, Java, and related systems, enabling integration testing and data validation.
