Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, formulate, and optimize natural personal care products with minimal processing and no preservatives.
  • Research and implement eco-friendly ingredients and technologies.
  • Conduct stability testing, compatibility testing, and performance evaluations to ensure product efficacy and safety.
  • Support product claims substantiation and regulatory documentation as needed.
  • Oversee pilot plant trials, troubleshoot formulation challenges, and optimize processes for manufacturing efficiency.
Skill Sets:
  • Master's degree in chemistry, biochemistry, pharmaceutical science, cosmetics, or Ayurveda.
  • Experience in formulating natural or Ayurvedic products, preferably 100% natural products.
  • Understanding of natural preservatives, stabilizers, emulsifiers, surfactants, etc.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
