Job Title: Experienced API Automation Professional

Position Summary:

  • We seek an experienced professional to lead our team of quality engineers.
  • Strong expertise in building scenarios with BDD frameworks, Cucumber, Specflow, or similar is required.
  • Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar is necessary.

Job Description:

  • A minimum of 6 – 10 years and at least 5+ years of relevant experience in Java, Selenium is mandatory.
  • Minimum 2+ years of strong experience in API automation testing using Rest Assured / any automation tool is required.
  • The ability to develop, design, and build test automation frameworks from scratch – choosing the right frameworks based on project needs is essential.
  • Cross-browser testing/automation using SauceLabs/ BrowserStack or similar is necessary.
  • Ability to work in a flexible/fast-paced Agile environment.
  • Strong communication skills, problem-solving skills.
  • Define and report Quality Engineering metrics.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Quality engineers.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL.

Requirements:

  • Strong coding skills – Java/JavaScript, Core Java, Typescript, or similar.
  • Experience in Java API testing/Automation is a must – PostMan/ RestAssured/ Karate or similar.
