Job Title: Application Lead

You will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications. Your role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure that application requirements are met, overseeing the development process, and guiding team members.

Your daily activities will include problem-solving and ensuring that the applications align with business objectives and user needs. You will also foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of developers and provide technical guidance, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate project planning, task allocation, and sprint management using Agile methodologies.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous learning in Microsoft technologies.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Provide technical consultancy to clients and offer recommendations for optimizing their use of Microsoft technologies.
Professional Skills:
  • Mandatory skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
  • Design and architect scalable solutions using Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents and Dynamics 365.
  • Develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations to enhance business processes and user experience.
  • Leads the development of custom applications and modules within Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
  • Built automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide actionable insights.
  • Ensure seamless integration of Power Platform and Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, technical assessments, and solution planning to align with organizational goals.

The ideal candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical and a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
