To excel in this role, you should possess 4-5 years of experience in continental cuisine, coupled with excellent time-keeping skills and a keen eye for detail.

• Running at least two sections in the kitchen with confidence;
• Providing a friendly, courteous, and professional service at all times;
• Maintaining good working relationships with colleagues and all departments;
• Ensuring punctual reporting for duty, wearing the correct uniform at all times;
