Job Description

Hiring a talented copywriter to collaborate with our team and create captivating content for global brands.

The copywriter will be responsible for all creative produced for one or more brands, ensuring that it meets the high standards set by our agency and clients. They must work closely with the Creative Supervisor, who is hands-on and contributes an appropriate proportion of writing as well.

  • Partner with fellow copywriters to produce standout and strategically focused concepts and campaigns
  • Take ownership of writing projects from start to finish
  • Familiarize yourself with product data and claims, as well as those of the competition
  • Work independently under tight deadlines while managing multiple projects
  • Evaluate creative hours
  • Attend client meetings and presentations
  • Participate in market research as necessary
  • Collaborate with planning to shape strategic branding
  • Optimize workload to maximize productivity of the creative team
  • Provide written feedback for annual performance reviews and ongoing feedback on the performance of the creative team (written when requested)
  • Lead the creative team in developing concepts and executing all projects from conception to completion
  • Demonstrate to clients that you understand and appreciate their products and marketing challenges, and are responsive to their strategic and creative needs
  • Represent the agency at client meetings and social events as required
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1-4 years of agency experience
  • A proven track record of creative ability and judgment, successful client contact experience, the ability to work collaboratively with account management, excellent presentation skills, successful experience in managing creative writers, availability to travel and the commitment to deliver exceptional results
