CDP Business Lead

We are seeking a seasoned business leader to drive strategy, consulting, and solution leadership across Customer Data Platform initiatives.

The ideal candidate will own the CDP practice vision, go-to-market strategy, and business development. They will partner with sales, marketing, and consulting teams to define client value propositions and growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Shaping client engagements and identifying growth opportunities
  • Enabling successful delivery of data-driven customer experience programs
  • Developing and nurturing CXO-level relationships to position CDP as a core enabler of digital transformation

The CDP Business Lead will translate business objectives into measurable outcomes, lead discovery and strategy workshops with clients, and design CDP architectures and integrations with MarTech, AdTech, and CRM ecosystems.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, or data-driven marketing
  • Strong experience in CDP strategy, implementation, or solutioning (Salesforce Data Cloud, Adobe RT-CDP, Twilio Segment, or similar)
  • Proven ability to engage with senior client stakeholders and translate business needs into actionable solutions
