Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Healthcare AI Engineer to join our team.

This is a full-time contract position with a duration of 6 months, offering a clear path to permanent employment based on performance.

About the Role:

  • Rapidly design, build, and refine multi-agent, LLM-driven AI pipelines
  • Develop unique evaluation frameworks and tooling, shaping the entire engineering team's approach
  • Engage daily in collaborative problem-solving with clinicians, data architects, and seasoned ML engineers

Requirements:

  • Advanced Python skills and expert proficiency in at least one major ML framework (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX)
  • Proven track record rapidly deploying robust, production-grade AI solutions
  • Demonstrated high agency, rapid iteration capability, and ownership of outcomes

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with retrieval-augmented generation, vector databases, or agent orchestration
  • Familiarity with healthcare standards and constraints (training provided)

Success Metrics in Six Months:

  • Launch production-grade, multi-agent AI solutions directly impacting healthcare providers globally
  • Establish reusable technical assets that become integral to our operational frameworks
  • Deliver clear improvements in model accuracy, scalability, and reliability
