Job Summary

A highly skilled Infrastructure Support Specialist is required to provide level 2 and level 3 support for critical IT infrastructure in a fast-paced banking environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with PCI DSS, SWIFT, and local regulatory requirements.
  • Operate under established IT service management processes (Incident/Change/Problem/Knowledge).
  • Troubleshoot complex incidents, manage approved changes, and participate in disaster recovery and business continuity drills.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement permanent fixes to minimize downtime.
  • Optimize performance and reliability by tuning configurations and scheduling jobs.
  • Coordinate vendor technical assistance cases, firmware/patch planning, and validate post-change health checks.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, runbook hygiene, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure support.
  • Proficiency with ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools.
