Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Doctor Network Associate to spearhead our expansion into Africa. As a key team member, you will be responsible for onboarding African doctors, facilitating their integration, and ensuring they can deliver exceptional care to patients in need.
Roles and Responsibilities
- International Market Development: Drive growth and presence in Africa by acquiring and expanding our network of doctors.
- Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for African doctors, providing them with the support they need to succeed.
- Patient Support: Assist patients traveling from Africa to India for treatment, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience.
Requirements
- African market experience preferred.
- At least 1 year of work experience required.
- BDS and Medical Graduates who want to build their career in corporate preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Comfort in navigating uncertainty.
