Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Support/Presales engineer to join our global business. The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator and able to build rapport with clients from different regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, plan and implement award-winning Data Security Platforms in Enterprise Environments.
  • Provide technical assistance to existing customers through support tickets.
  • Work closely with Team Leads to meet SLA and customer requirements.
  • Creation of technical documents and articles for team and customer use.
  • Deliver technical demonstrations to customers across the globe.
  • Ensure customer expectations are met within committed timeframes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential qualifications include a B. Tech or MCA degree in a relevant field, along with 2-4 years of software customer service and support experience.

Administrative tasks in Windows based infrastructures, including Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, SQL Server, Office 365 and Cloud platforms, are also required.

Microsoft Certification is a plus, as is PowerShell scripting knowledge.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, along with presentation skills, are necessary.

  • Experience working with a ticketing tool, such as Salesforce or ServiceNow, is preferred.
  • Ability to deliver product presentations to clients in a pre-sale context.
