Key Responsibilities include planning, executing and closing solar EPC projects within agreed scope, budget and schedule.

  • Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources and risk management.
  • Oversee execution to ensure timely delivery in line with contractual obligations.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement and construction teams for seamless integration.

Performance Metrics & KPIs are key components of this role.

  • Project Completion Timeline: Ensure percentage of projects completed on time within agreed scope and schedule.
  • Budget Adherence: Monitor and control project costs, tracking variance between budgeted and actual expenses.
  • Resource Utilization Efficiency: Optimize allocation and usage of manpower, equipment and materials.
  • Quality Compliance Rate: Ensure all deliverables meet or exceed specified quality standards.
  • Health and Safety Incidents: Minimize incidents by enforcing HSE standards on project sites.
  • Client Satisfaction Score: Maintain high client satisfaction on communication, delivery and quality.

Additionally, identifying potential project risks early and developing mitigation strategies is crucial.

  • Resolve conflicts, bottlenecks and unforeseen challenges to maintain project progress.

Required Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering.

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years in Solar EPC.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale Solar Ground-mounted projects in the 50–100 MW range, from planning through to successful commissioning.
  • Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, EPC workflows and relevant regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel and work on international assignments as required.
