Job Title: Artificial Intelligence Specialist

We are seeking a proactive AI specialist to lead the development of innovative simulation models. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience and a strong background in machine learning, reinforcement learning, or probabilistic modeling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and enhance complex simulation models to achieve unprecedented accuracy, spearheading research initiatives that advance the science of behavioral prediction.
  • Translate research insights into practical, deployable solutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced ML capabilities into the product.
  • Deploy ML models into production environments for real-world applications.
Required Skills:
  • Machine Learning & AI Expertise: A strong background in machine learning, particularly in behavioral prediction, reinforcement learning, or probabilistic modeling, with hands-on experience in designing and implementing ML models for real-world applications.
  • Research & Experimentation: Proven ability to conduct rigorous research, design experiments, and validate new methodologies in AI and behavioral modeling, with a track record of published work in relevant areas.
  • Software Development & Deployment: Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn, with experience in deploying ML models into production environments.
  • Cloud & Scalable Systems: Familiarity with cloud-based ML platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and scalable computing frameworks such as Spark, Kubernetes, or distributed computing environments.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work closely with product teams, data engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate advanced AI capabilities into practical, user-focused solutions.
