Lead AI and Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead AI and Machine Learning Engineer to drive the development of our cutting-edge technology.

  • Technical Expertise:
  • Minimum 8-12 years of experience in AI/ML or automation engineering with strong hands-on expertise in CrewAI or other LLM orchestration frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.
  • Proficiency in Python programming language, including extensive experience with async programming and API integration.
  • Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Mistral, and prompt engineering techniques.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Model Context Protocol (MCP) interfaces to ensure interoperability between simulation or AI components.
  • Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, and Chroma, and embeddings concepts.
  • Strong comprehension of Retrieval Augmentation Generation (RAG) concepts.
  • Proficiency in Git version control system.
  • MCP server implementation experience.
  • Experience in building and deploying production-ready agent-based solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical implementations.

  • AWS development and deployment experience
  • Dynamo DB preferable
