Job Description

We're looking for a high-ownership product engineer to join our team in building and shipping cutting-edge AI-powered products at serious speed. Our ideal candidate will work seamlessly across Ruby (backend) and React (frontend), with no handoffs or silos.

This role is perfect for someone who has built real features or products using Langchain and understands the LLM ecosystem. Successful integration of an LLM application and going live are essential skills for this position.

As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for end-to-end product development using Ruby and React, working closely with product and design teams. Your goal will be to build and iterate fast, targeting days not weeks. You'll implement intelligent workflows using Langchain and other LLM frameworks.

Your key responsibilities will include direct integration and smart architecture to get things done without bloated API layers. You'll also ship high-utility features used by thousands of users. If you have past experience building tools in CRM, SaaS, or automation, that's a bonus

Familiarity with agents, vector DBs, embeddings, and prompt engineering will also give you an edge in this role. We offer an excellent opportunity to work on key projects across the board, including PayPal and Stripe billing integration, reporting dashboards, vendor integrations, leads distribution system, and more.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A product-driven mindset, making tactical decisions fast and caring deeply about product outcomes not just the code.
  • Built real features or products using Langchain and understand the LLM ecosystem. Successfully integrated an LLM application and went live.
    • Built agentic flows using LLMs and deployed them successfully.
      • Work seamlessly across Ruby (backend) and React (frontend), with no handoffs or silos.
        • Comfortable making decisions across the stack with minimal abstractions.
          • Taken at least one AI-powered product to market, preferably LLM-based.
            • Hands-on, bottom-line accountable, and thrives in unstructured environments.
