Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced software developer to mentor and train aspiring professionals in modern enterprise tech stacks. This role is perfect for someone who has worked extensively with full-stack software engineering careers in Java, React, Spring Boot, Cloud, DevOps, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver structured classroom sessions on topics including:
  • Front-end foundations (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, React.js)
  • Back-end development (Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs)
  • Databases (SQL, JPA/Hibernate)
  • DevOps & Deployment (Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud platforms)
  • Software engineering practices (Git/GitHub, Testing, Agile, Design Patterns)
  • Guide students through in-class practical and real-world projects.
  • Provide mentorship, code reviews, and feedback aligned with industry best practices.
  • Prepare learners for enterprise environments (scalable systems, security, maintainability).
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 5–10+ years industry experience as a software developer / senior engineer.
  • Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, React.js, and SQL/Databases.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD), Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Hands-on knowledge of Git workflows, testing frameworks, design patterns.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Passion for teaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
