Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Backend Developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.

Responsibilities include optimizing server and database performance, implementing effective caching strategies, handling authentication and authorization, working with microservices and event-driven systems, and writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

In addition, the selected candidate will collaborate with DevOps teams to deploy, monitor, and scale services in cloud environments, mentor junior developers, and troubleshoot production issues.

Key qualifications include 3.5+ years of backend development experience, proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, and RESTful API design, experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, query optimization, and schema design, familiarity with event-driven architecture, message queues, and microservices.
