- Media Relations & Thought Leadership: Develop and execute media outreach strategies, leveraging strong relationships with key influencers and securing coveted press coverage.
- Lead Strategic PR Efforts: Design and implement comprehensive PR strategies that reinforce brand messaging across multiple channels, driving consistent results and measurable impact.
- Crisis Communication: Spearhead crisis management initiatives, ensuring swift and effective responses that protect the organization's reputation in the face of adversity.
- Content & Messaging Strategy: Create and refine strategic content, including press releases, case studies, and executive messaging, while maintaining seamless brand alignment.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Foster meaningful connections with stakeholders, including clients, industry leaders, and media representatives, tailoring communication approaches to suit each unique relationship.
- Executive Communications: Provide targeted support to executives, offering media training, speechwriting, and talking points for public appearances and press interactions.
- Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and guide the PR team, promoting growth, accountability, and exceptional output.
- Metrics & Reporting: Analyze PR performance metrics, presenting actionable insights to senior leadership and informing strategic decisions.
Key Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality management, event planning, public relations, or a related field, preferably within a PR agency or similar setting.
- A proven track record of successfully managing high-profile hospitality events, media partnerships, and VIP engagements.
- In-depth understanding of public relations, branding, and the critical role hospitality plays in enhancing PR efforts.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, allowing for the development and maintenance of robust relationships at all levels.
