Job Title: IT Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a TechOps Executive. This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor system performance and uptime across development and production environments
  • Troubleshoot complex issues across OS, software, network, and cloud systems
  • Configure user access controls and permissions for team members
  • Implement secure practices such as system hardening and routine compliance audits
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in TechOps, IT Support, Infrastructure, or DevOps assistance
  • Hands-on experience with Linux/macOS systems, basic networking, and cloud services (AWS/GCP)
  • Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools and remote access tools
  • Excellent coordination, follow-up, and communication skills — especially when working with remote teams and external vendors
