Visual Identity Designer

This is an extraordinary opportunity to lead the visual direction for multiple platforms, including web, print, social media, events, video, and emerging formats. As a visionary designer, you will own the brand's visual identity and create innovative solutions that captivate audiences.

The ideal candidate has 6-10 years of experience in leading multi-disciplinary design teams in media, digital publishing, or agency environments. They possess expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and have hands-on experience with Gen-AI tools like Midjourney, DALL-E, and Runway. Strong storytelling and strategy skills are essential to drive impactful campaigns and high-profile projects.

You will be working closely with our visionary leadership team to craft work that reaches senior decision-makers and looks world-class. This role offers a unique chance to experiment with AI first-hand and contribute to the development of cutting-edge design systems, asset libraries, and AI prompts. You will have the autonomy to create and the resources to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute visual identity guidelines across all platforms.
  • Lead design efforts on complex projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Integrate AI-generated content into concepting, style-framing, motion pre-viz, and rapid prototyping.
  • Partner with video teams to craft cinematic title cards, lower thirds, and data-driven infographics.
  • Create scalable design systems and AI prompts that enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Cultivate and mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of critique and craftsmanship.
What We're Looking For:
  • 6-10 years of experience in leading design teams in media, digital publishing, or agency environments.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, and hands-on experience with Gen-AI tools.
  • Strong storytelling and strategy skills to drive impactful campaigns.
  • Experience with design systems, asset libraries, and AI prompts is a plus.
  • Ability to write effective prompt libraries and collaborate with AI developers.
