About the Role

This position is part of an initiative dedicated to fostering innovation-driven entrepreneurship. The organization operates across multiple domains, including incubation, acceleration, seed and growth funding, research, and publication.

The primary focus of this role is to develop insightful case studies on entrepreneurship by conducting in-depth research, engaging with stakeholders, and collaborating with faculty members.

Key Responsibilities

• Write clear, engaging, and informative case studies that communicate key learnings and recommendations.
• Conduct comprehensive primary and secondary research on entrepreneurship-related topics.
• Conduct qualitative interviews with founders, investors, customers, and other stakeholders for data validation.
• Analyze collected data and identify relevant frameworks for case studies.
• Collaborate with faculty members to define objectives, frameworks, structures, and teaching notes for case studies.
• Review and edit case studies to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to internal guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams for the production, publication, and distribution of case studies to relevant stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in case writing.
• Published research article(s) in entrepreneurship.

Qualification & Experience Required

• MBA/M.Phil or candidates pursuing a PhD in entrepreneurship or a related field.
• Alternatively, relevant experience in researching startups.
• 1-3 years of prior work experience.
