Our high-end resort in Kollidam Hills is seeking an exceptional Culinary Expert to lead our culinary team. As a key member, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting exquisite dishes that surpass our guests' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Sous Chef on menu planning and preparation strategies.
• Oversee kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
• Develop effective working relationships with other departments to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Culinary Expert in a high-volume restaurant or hotel.
• Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
