Main Responsibilities:- Conducting thorough analyses of existing operations and creating actionable strategies to drive growth.
- Fostering store manager development through effective sales and leadership training programs.
- Establishing and communicating clear sales targets to store managers at regular intervals.
- Maintaining sales performance across stores, ensuring quotas are consistently met.
- Investigating and resolving sales discrepancies across stores, when necessary.
- Setting and enforcing high performance standards across all stores.
