Business Performance Specialist

The role of Business Performance Specialist plays a crucial part in the FP&A team, supporting the delivery of strategic planning and performance management initiatives.

This position involves collaborating with local technical and finance teams to develop financial products that enable informed decision making across the business. Gaining a deep understanding of the business context is key to providing insightful management information.

As a member of the FP&A team, this role will contribute towards achieving wider team goals, including the automation and standardization of financial products, to enhance the efficiency of financial analysis and reporting.

The successful candidate may be required to work flexible hours to ensure appropriate overlap with European or British timezones.

Key Responsibilities:
