Key Responsibilities:

  • We are seeking a highly experienced IT professional to lead our HR tech integrations, specifically in creating extracts that integrate seamlessly with Oracle HCM.
  • Maintain and improve existing integration landscapes, ensuring seamless data exchange between systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and implement technology solutions.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in integration development, specifically with Oracle HCM.
  • 2+ years of development experience with cloud platforms such as OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure).
  • Experience with integration platforms like Dell Boomi or similar tools is highly desirable.
