We are seeking a skilled and innovative Visual Communications Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.

Key Responsibilities

  • Branding & Identity: Logo creation, brand guidelines, stationery, packaging, pitch decks
  • Social Media & Digital: Creatives for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube (posts, carousels, reels covers, banners, story templates)
  • Marketing Collaterals: Brochures, catalogues, event creatives, presentations, advertisements
  • Motion Graphics & Video Editing: Basic animation, reels, GIFs, explainer videos, transitions
  • Web & UI/UX Support: Website banners, layouts, landing pages, emailers, microsites
  • Photography/Editing Support: Retouching, compositing, visual mockups, 3D mockups (if skilled)

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or Visual Communications Specialist (agency background preferred)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects
  • Proficiency in:
  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • Figma / Canva / CorelDraw (as added advantage)
  • Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, and animation basics
  • Good sense of typography, color theory, layouts, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work across multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • Self-driven, independent, and accountable — since this is a solo role for now
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with strategy, content, and leadership teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of professional design experience (open to exceptional freshers with strong portfolios)
  • Exposure to luxury, jewellery, or lifestyle branding will be an advantage
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media trends
