Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Content Developer to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to create high-quality training content for finance programs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing engaging and effective content that meets the needs of our clients.

About the Role

In this role, you will work closely with subject matter experts to develop comprehensive training programs that cover financial skills and knowledge.

You will also be responsible for creating assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of these programs.

Your expertise in finance and education will enable you to design and deliver training solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality content for Financial & Business Skills programs
  • Create assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
  • Maintain and update the repository of all created content
  • Review content of team members and freelance developers
  • Support proposal design & creation for B2B clients and training outlines

Product, Client and Trainer Support

  • Organize meetings and deliver 'train the trainer' sessions for internal and freelance trainers
  • Facilitate client support activities by proper communication of issues within the organization
  • Support other trainers, including freelancers, to prepare them for trainings

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business or economics
  • At least one of the following certifications – MBA (Finance), CA, CA (Intermediate), ACCA, CPA, CMA, CFA, or equivalent degrees
  • Excellent presentation skills – written and verbal
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Sound knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word
