Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Interaction: Provide excellent client service, maintaining open communication and resolving inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Problem Resolution: Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently, minimizing downtime and ensuring high-quality services.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of support activities, including resolutions and client interactions.
