We are seeking a skilled SAP S/4 HANA Solution Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in implementing SAP solutions, particularly in the Service Management domain.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in configuring and implementing SAP S/4 HANA modules, including Service Management, Inhouse Repair, and Advanced Return Management (ARM) processes. They will also possess excellent analytical and communication skills, enabling them to lead discussions and presentations with stakeholders at all levels.

This role requires a deep understanding of SAP S/4 HANA's service management functionalities, integration with third-party systems like Salesforce, and global template processes related to Service-to-Customer (S2C) and adjacent domains. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing functional and technical SAP S/4 HANA solutions, ensuring seamless integration with satellite systems, and developing comprehensive design specifications for S2C processes in Inhouse Repair and ARM.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement SAP S/4 HANA solutions for Service Management
  • Configure and test SAP S/4 HANA modules, including Service Management and ARM
  • Develop and document comprehensive design specifications for S2C processes
  • Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and configure solutions
  • Leverage deep SAP knowledge to drive innovation and operational excellence in service delivery
Requirements:
  • Relevant engineering degree or Business Administration with IT
  • More than 5+ years of overall IT experience
  • Proven experience as a solution consultant/architect in SAP transformations with a focus on Service-to-Customer processes
  • Expertise in configuring and implementing S2C processes for Inhouse Repair and ARM processes within SAP ERP systems
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA's service management functionalities and integration with third-party systems
