Job Title: SAP Project Systems Specialist

 

About the Position:

This role demands a highly skilled SAP PS expert to lead and manage large-scale enterprise implementations of SAP Project Systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of SAP PS, DMS, CATS, WBS, Cost Planning, Budgeting, Project Procurement, Time Sheets, Project Settlement, Project & Portfolio Management, Results Analysis, Progress Analysis, Assembly processing, Sales Pricing, Resource Related billing processes, LSMW, BDC, and interfaces like MS Project & Primavera.

The successful candidate will have at least one end-to-end implementation experience in Customer-based projects and Capital projects. They will also have strong understanding of end-to-end business processes in respective areas and be able to participate in a team environment and communicate effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee large-scale enterprise implementations of SAP Project Systems.
  • Configure and customize SAP PS (Project Systems) module.
  • Develop functional specifications for technical requirements.
  • Coordinate with Functional SAP Consultants to understand business needs.
  • Transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements.

Requirements:

  • 6-15 years of experience in SAP PS, DMS, CATS, WBS, Cost Planning, Budgeting, Project Procurement, Time Sheets, Project Settlement, Project & Portfolio Management.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP PS - Good configuration knowledge in WBS, Cost Planning, Budgeting, Project Procurement, Time sheets, Project settlement etc.
  • Expertise in integration of PS with SD, MM, FICO, HR, PM & PP.
  • Bachelor or Master degree.
