Flutter Application Developer Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled Flutter developer with 3–4 years of experience to take up a challenging role in our organization.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in building and maintaining cross-platform applications across platforms, with a strong focus on Flutter Web. The successful candidate will collaborate with designers, backend developers, and other team members to deliver high-quality, scalable, and accessible applications.

  • Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform applications using Flutter (mobile and web).
  • Implement state management using Provider effectively for scalable applications.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver new features and improvements.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance across platforms.
  • Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1 AA standards) for web and mobile apps.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3–4 years of professional experience as a Flutter developer.
  • Proven experience in Flutter Web development
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Provider for state management.
  • Solid understanding of Flutter architecture, widgets, and rendering pipeline.
  • Experience integrating REST APIs and working with JSON data.
  • Good knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile workflows.

Besides the required skills and qualifications, having experience in building animations and smooth UI transitions in Flutter, knowledge of Accessibility best practices (WCAG 2.1 AA), familiarity with performance optimization and app lifecycle management, and exposure to other state management approaches (e.g., Riverpod, BLoC, Redux)
